The Okaloosa County Health Department, in partnership with the Okaloosa County School District, provides and monitors school health services required by Florida Statute.  The services provided are detailed in the Annual School Health Services Plan that is jointly created by the Health Department and the School District.  The plan is approved by the Okaloosa County School Board.  The School Health Program provides ongoing school health services, regulatory oversight, quality assurance, and technical assistance to public and private schools in Okaloosa County.
